I bought two sweaters as gifts that somehow got lost in transit and they sent us two more sweaters without any hesitation. They turned my day around entirely after Canada Post had been so unhelpful. I can’t get over how lovely they were with regards to the whole situation. This seems so rare these days. I will buy so much more stuff from them now! Because not only is it really nice but so are the people who own this company!
