ordered blinds with these people. the lady was a disaster from the start. once the blinds actually came, they had ability to program them and the lady informed us it was up to us to provide the control mechanism to make them work. much like selling a car with no engine she insisted this was up to us. after much back and forth and severe lack of education, she realized she was incorrect. beyond this she sold us a blind for a room that had no business being sold for the application. it was so heavy for a sliding door it couldn... read more
