They lent a helping hand when we needed to complete our tour while passing through town — knowledgeable, friendly, and they didn’t charge us for a quick service that prevented an inevitable breakdown further up the road. Thanks!

I came into the Okanagan Bike Co. shop looking for two tubes, they had only one in stock and I paid for it (very reasonable pricing) and then we walked out to our car. The owner then ran outside and came to our vehicle to give us the other tube which was possibly used but looked brand new (he had found it in his used stock) and he just gave it to us! I was extremely impressed with his customer service and willingness to serve his customers with such a fantastic attitude. I’ve never felt so good in a bike shop!
In and out in 10 minutes with a new tire installed. Great service, ordering another tire for installation later. Highly recommended Thanks again!
