I came into the Okanagan Bike Co. shop looking for two tubes, they had only one in stock and I paid for it (very reasonable pricing) and then we walked out to our car. The owner then ran outside and came to our vehicle to give us the other tube which was possibly used but looked brand new (he had found it in his used stock) and he just gave it to us! I was extremely impressed with his customer service and willingness to serve his customers with such a fantastic attitude. I’ve never felt so good in a bike shop!
In and out in 10 minutes with a new tire installed. Great service, ordering another tire for installation later. Highly recommended Thanks again!
We drive from Lake Country specifically to see Kody and support his store! He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and is so friendly! He is very knowledgeable! He is THE BEST!
The owner Codie is super helpful, friendly, and cares about his customers. Really worth the drive to Armstrong.
