Always no wait in and out every time
I have never experienced this level of incompetence and unprofessional behavior at a DMV before. After being clearly told at the Shalimar location exactly what documentation was needed, I came into the Destin office fully prepared. Instead of doing their job, the employee at the window responded with sarcasm and a dismissive tone the moment I explained we had everything in order.
