Best run government agency. Every employee was friendly and efficient.
Niceville office, conceal carry! The woman there very rude individual, seems to have a chip on her shoulder! Not sure? But I am sure that it had something to do with my COLOR!!! That disrespectful lady might want to check herself!!! We as Okaloosa County citizens do not deserve to be treated in such a manner, PERIOD! FLAT OUT DISGRACEFUL!!!

The Niceville Office is always so helpful and courteous. Yes you have to wait your turn to be taken care of, but once you're called you always have great service.
