Tamika is the BEST! So professional, kind and went above and beyond to help with passport needs. Very efficient and a true pleasure! How many people can say that at the tax collector office!! She’s great!!
Every time I had an interaction here it was great. Actual people to talk to, straightforward answers, not trying to rush me out. Giving me advice based on what I’ll probably see next (if what I was doing was a process). I lived in Virginia my whole life and dealt with people at the VADMV that I think were paid to make matters worse in all cases. Not in Florida though, specifically the Niceville Okaloosa County Tax Collector/DMV. I am headed back to VA again for work, and if I could id leave everything registered here.
My visit to get my driver's license today was seamless. I made an appoint online, so easy. The site had everything listed for me as to what to bring with me. I was checked in on time and seen immediately. Fantastic staff, very efficient, and helpful. Pleasantly surprised.
