Zero stars if I could!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER put your loved one in memory care at Okalee of Medina. Our loved one was in there for three years with such poor and negligent care. The nursing staff turned over at least eleven times in the three years she was there. Communication is poor across the board.. She fell many times and some we were never notified. She was rarely checked on when she locked herself in her room for hours. Why they have locks on the memory care rooms boggles my mind. So many unanswered questions. Such po... read more
I would like to say I am not pleased with this place they don't do what they are supposed to do as a RN, HR or any position higher the DON AKA Quinn talks to others disrespectfully even some of the caregivers don't care enough to do their jobs they don't show any appreciation towards the ones that actually do their job and I have witnessed it she is not professional in any way she puts on a show for the families but trust me she's not nice at all neither is the Lpn Anne nobody who works there is professional so if your looki... read more

Okalee is a wonderful place! The staff, management and residents are all very friendly. There are many opportunities for activities, and the facility and grounds are beautiful! I always looked forward to visiting my mom at Okalee.
