I went there looking for Hoka shoes, as well as a pair of zero drop shoes. It was my first trip. Easy to find on maps. I parked in back, entrance is in front, which was no problem at all, very close to parking. The welcome was warm and extremely helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and find both of the shoes I was looking for. While I was there, several people came in talking about the marathon. Everyone was so nice. Phenomenal customer service and knowledge about running shoes. Kim and Keith met with me the first day and gave me a great suggestion for a shoe. Kim evaluated my form and with the help of Keith they helped me check out with a shoe. I was able to test the shoes outside and do a mini jog on the side walk. Tried them out in an actual workout and didn’t like them. No problem, came back the next day and made an easy exchange with the help of Brenden and Keith.
