Mark was amazing! I work in healthcare, so I spend long hours on my feet and needed a shoe to support me. He was knowledgeable about all things related to shoes and running. He had a thorough approach, and it couldn’t have been a more comfortable and educational experience!
I called ahead looking for a specific shoe. When I arrived, Mark already had the shoe out, and was very informative and helpful. He actually tried to gently nudge me *away* from additional purchases of running gummies and shoe inserts, but didn't press when I was set on them, and I ran the OKC Memorial 5k two days later and it was an excellent experience (except for all the running) but the shoe performed great!
I visited this store today to buy a new pair of walking/running shoes and unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the customer service. The staff seemed more preoccupied with personal phone calls than with assisting customers. Although I successfully purchased the shoes I needed, I couldn't help but feel secondary to the person on the other end of the staff's conversation.
