Jim and the OK Federal Credit Union team were super professional and helpful! Notorized and mailed off a lean release letter for me same day when I called in the request.
It may look small but don't let that fool you - they're big on services, terrific at customer satisfaction and there's always a smile for you when you visit! I started doing business here 10 years ago when I switched from a much larger credit union whose service and atmosphere suffered as they grew larger. At OK Federal Credit Union I don't feel invisible anymore.
