Leaving this review because I'm over the subpar customer service companies have been providing here the past couple years. Been dealing with Oil-Rite for over 20 years and have never received the lack there of customer service from one of their employees Bill N. who I requested pricing from with no response on 10/29, sent a follow up, with no response, ended up calling and spoke with him, in which I received pricing and lead time from immediately.
