Absolutely disgusted with their service, charging $25 for an 8-minute ride. This is ridiculous.
The rate changes with the driver. Know where ur going. The night lady over charge?
I have used this service for quite some time now. The rates are usually well in reason. The service today was OK. However, today, when I used my credit card for the first destination, I was charged the regular rate. I made a quick stop for 5 minutes. The driver saw that I was using cash for the return, which was $25.00 for a $19.00 fare. That is what she wrote in her log of daily fares. This driver decided to tip herself generously.
