I have used this service for quite some time now. The rates are usually well in reason. The service today was OK. However, today, when I used my credit card for the first destination, I was charged the regular rate. I made a quick stop for 5 minutes. The driver saw that I was using cash for the return, which was $25.00 for a $19.00 fare. That is what she wrote in her log of daily fares. This driver decided to tip herself generously. Called them for a ride on 6/17 at 4:05pm, the person said he was talking to his lawyer and would be out to pick me up soon, mentioned I had to be at the repair shop by 5:30pm, said he'd be there in time... Never showed up! Called them this morning for a ride at 7:10am this morning, he said he remembered me from yesterday and said he's on his way out... Never showed up again!! Used Uber... Showed up on time and $25 cheaper than yesterday, will never use them again!

I'm certainly pleased with our driver named Shy. She certainly went beyond the call of duty for my 95-year-old mother.. as her daughter who lives out of state trying to get a ride from the eye doctor to her home as her friend couldn't stay to take her home, made sure she got in the house safely and she also shoveled all the walks and put salt on them for my mom. I could not find anyone to take my mom home so was happy with the prompt and kind service.. Thank you so much. I'll be calling you Shy when I come into town on the p... read more
