I wish I can give 0 star, one star is too much for them. I finished my courses, but they never send the completion letter, I asked, they send me enrollment paper, court never accept that for the prove of evidence for completion. I call them the are never helpful and now they don’t even answer my call. I still don’t have completion paper after finished the program for 4month, no one really help and I am lost. I am preparing for lawsuit.
Terrible place, also most expensive. They only care about money not actually helping people. Had to change my schedule due to work, had issues getting "proof of schedule" from my employer in the 48 hours on a holiday week they gave me. They didnt care and expelled me from program. Didnt even get back to me for 3 weeks after I told my assigned counselor and this locations manager. The first 30 minutes of every class is not telling you the rules, but having individuals tell one rule at a time. They dont teach, they dont help. ... read more
