why isn’t there a website to pay your monthly bill seems like a money making tactic to charge late fee probably on purpose , anyways place is helpless no good
A)Rude and Snippy Receptionists that hate their job and hate people asking questions/being unfamiliar with their poor practices. The staff know that they are in a higher position of authority and use it to degrade clients, or psychologically threaten them with dismissal or legal action. B) The directors have gone as LOW as pushing counselors to SQEEZE a fast payment at months end. And the staff, thinking that their wages are in peril follow orders obediently. I’ve never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional staff. I understand your job must be sooo hard dealing with people who have issues and court troubles, but at least have some compassion towards other humans beings. Being hung up on and unreturned phone calls are only a start when dealing with these people. I suggest if you HAVE to deal with these people, just do your time and get the hell out ASAP. Just sucks that we have to give them money. Wish it could go towards a business that was actually trying to help.
Terrible program. Horrible uninvolved instructors AND secretaries are extremely rude.
All I have to say is: The most unprofessional and unethical, thoughtless staff members...and managers. Please do not waste your time and effort discussing your DUI issues with these incompetent people.
