I’ve been standing in this store for 10 minutes and nobody has been bothered to even greet or acknowledge me
Terrible experience. We ordered my daughter’s holy communion dress 11 weeks in advance! Ordered on the 23rd May for her event on the 10th August. They take full money up front, I didn’t hear anything from them for 9 weeks, so I just believed the dress was getting made and on its way to us… then 2 weeks before my daughters holy communion on the 23rd July I received a text message stating: “they were sorry but the manufacturer isn’t going to have the dress on time as they have a shortage of fabric… the only thing we can offer ... read more
I highly recommend this beautiful boutique, left very happy with the service, their collections are incredibly amazing and my daughter looked like an angel in her communion dress which had to be ordered . Thank you so much for the staff and to Oh My Creations.
Worse experience and customer service! This shops name should be oh god help me instead of oh my creations! The beginning of the process is all smooth as they take full payment from customers as part of their store policy before placing the order, until you get a call a week before your little girls special day to say “the dress is not ready and won’t be arriving”.
