I booked an appt with Gayle 3 years ago, about a week before running a marathon. I thought I had a high ankle sprain and I wouldn't be able to run. Someone suggested I at least try and get a massage in the event it was not a sprain. Gayle realized it was not my ankle, it was a tendon I had never heard of. The amenities area at Ohm is fantastic! From the impressive steam shower, to the infrared sauna and private bathroom-the space is a clean, lovely, quiet sanctuary to chill and take a breather from a busy day!
I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Meegan. I highly recommend her and the business. It has a very relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
Gayle is very considerate and takes time explaining what will happen. Super happy with my results so far!!! Highly recommend!
I used the float room and loved it. I was given everything I needed to relax and forget the world for an hour. In the float room you are in body temperature salt water with soft light and music. During the session all I could feel was my breathing and my body with no other things to think about besides myself. It is very worth the time and I will recommend it to anyone.
