I’ve had an OHM bike since 2020 and the service has always been fantastic. Yesterday, they went above and beyond to help me, proving yet again why I recommend them to everyone. Great bikes, amazing people, unbeatable support! What are you waiting for? Go buy an OHM bike. (They are not paying me for this review hahaha)
I love my OHM bike. Whenever I need anything the staff at OHM are amazing. They’re always friendly and willing to help. Today they gave me a new cover for my cord hookup (free) and answered my questions.
Big thanks to these guys. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a new ebike. Give these guys a try.
Absolutely love my new OHM E-bike!!! Took it on Lost Lake Blue & Green trails and it was very manageable. The shock seat is a dream highly recommend adding it. Long lasting powerful battery for taking on hills.. even the ride to Cypress Mountain! Excellent service team as well.
