We got our OHM E-bike a couple of months ago. Me and my wife have ridden it almost every single day since as a daily commuter! The quality feels amazing and it has really helped us reduce our car usage. Michael was also very helpful when we had any questions about how it worked with regards to the battery system, etc. as we are new to E-bikes. Would highly recommend!
Took my Ohm Journey in because of rear break calliper noise and lack of proper 1st gear engagement as-well as chain skipping. Was told the rear wheel needed truing (had a tiny bit of sideways runout) and best to spend $219 on tune up plus parts. Results: New chain provided, new rear rotor and pads. $400. When picking up noticed chain was flopping around when in 11th gear and rear wheel now is oblong/egg shape/vertical hop - was told that chain being that loose is normal and that the warped rim was from me transporting the bi... read more
