I was a cosmetology student here in high school 2021-2023 I was always picked on by the teachers and other students for being quiet and is very racial there I have realized my teachers would give the white students clients but not us students that are of different races that aren’t white. The technical classes and teachers themselves are good for the most part. Unfortunately, the administration seems to have no idea what they’re doing and have no skills at all when it comes to student relations. Students from certain demographics are specifically targeted and wrongfully punished. They also seem to have no screening process whatsoever for hiring substitute teachers, as many substitutes have let students do essentially whatever they want under their supervision.
