Just a horrible situation! They did absolutely nothing. The public defender offered the same plea deal as this firm. She was late to the appearance. I paid them $5,000. for absolutely nothing. They never contacted me while in jail. Later found out that the whole thing could have been thrown out on a technicality. MG

This guy. Represented my brother. There was no evidence. Just a witness. Wgo contradicted the police report in court. Tells my brother there is no plea bargain. That he should plea guilty and get about 30 months. Rather than risk a trial. Judge gave my brother 7 years. On nothing but a witness statement.

Michael Ohle is a professional man of his word. I recently retained him to represent me in a termination of probation/ clarification of sentencing case, in front of Judge McCann, who has a reputation for rarely even granting hearings for these, and denying those he hears. Michael was very honest with me, and said that he didn't want to take my money for something that was just impossible, and that I had less than a 1% chance. I decided to retain him anyway, and he told me if he could not get me a hearing, he would give me my money back. Due to his outstanding professionalism, and smart maneuvering (he filed both motions together to increase the chance of standing before the judge), not only did I get a hearing, but was given careful and fair consideration by the judge, who before ever seeing my face, was able to view my many exhibits to support my case wisely included in the motion. And my motion, with my one percent chance, was GRANTED!! I got a fair hearing with an outstanding attorney, against a FURIOUS state prosecutor who FIRMLY objected, in front of a judge who has a reputation for NEVER granting these. And I got it by the grace of God, with Michael Ohle standing beside me, asking the right questions, and guiding me through the process. My hat is off to you sir! I will be retaining your wife for a family matter in the very near future. THANKYOU!!
