Susanna Stevens, front desk worker gave me the hardest time on the phone when I caught a billing error and brought it to her attention. She was rude, snarky, and laughed at me. Rudest person I've ever experienced in health care. In person she had the same rude behavior and I would never suggest this place to anyone. Also, there was an initial billing issue the first day I went. That's when I called to verify everything before I made another trip down there. Then they tell me when I go that I can't even be seen. Staff was very friendly and professional. Location is very easy to find.
Staffing was very kind and professional on my visits🙂
They don't write work health on the building for one. Two they demand a social security number to perform a test. There is no reason in the universe they need a SS number for a drug screening. They just use it to build their database so if you need medical care at a future date they can use their database to chase you to the ends of the earth. Employers who partner with Ohio Health are shady and unprofessional.
Shame on you for talking that way to my mom. Hope your business gets shut down; youre a bunch of unprofessional and selfish people, and should feel guilty every time you go to bed at night.
