Great experience! Friendly, efficient - got us in before the appointment time and saw the PA very quickly. They answered all questions and handled the necessary paperwork.
They now have a guy sitting at the door running a metal detector. It's ridiculous. What are they going to charge patients for this? I'm going to find a different practice now.
I am on workman’s comp and recently got injured. I called an Ohio health facility number provided to me and played a bunch of phone tag to get ahold of someone that would help me. I needed a work form and when I finally got a hold of someone they said “hey just come tot he office and the papers will be on the front desk”.
