My wife and I both did sleep tests. My doctor sent me here. They handed me a kit and said watch a video to see how it works and bring it back. I did that and then got a bill for $730!!! That's after my insurance! My wife's doctor sent her to a different place and she paid literally 20% of my out of pocket amount. If your doctor tries to send you here, ask for a different place. Disgusting.
Terrible. My home sleep study did not work. Have been trying to get another device for two days. No one answers the phone. I leave a message and "scheduling" calls back and can't help me.
My mother had to have a sleep study. She is a big fall risk. They said someone had to be with her all night because of that fact. first, it's a medical facility they should have some other staff members to help with that issue. Secondly, my mother had to get up and use the restroom. She made a joke of "are you ready to kick me out yet? was scheduled to come in at 11 PM. Confirmed this several times, including with the manager. They called me at 9 pm the night of to tell me I was late. Argued with me about the time and threatened to cancel. This is twice they can't get it straight that I am arriving for a third shift study. Extremely rude and unprofessional
If you looking for a comment after being charged LOTS OF MONEY, yes, you’re right. If you’re reading this prior to your visit, think twice. I have no worries of paying my bill except when they tell you what you’re paying for. The people here just doesn’t make sense even of numerous phone calls and you will just be passed along with the billing. So yes, save your money somewhere else for a real sleep study.
