**WARNING** If your insurance doesn't cover ALL of this procedure don't go here. The website doesn't allow you to make a payment online, so then you have to call them, then, they can't process it over the phone so someone has to call you back to process it. Just an honest review. Got a recommendation from my doctor here re:Sleep Apnea. Disclaimer: the machine they use to do the test will be not free, not even discussed to you and you will even pay for a fee to use OTHER than the amount their billing you different from the results and the visit so basically billed 3 times (reading+consultation+use if equipment) It will cost you $400+ just for that equipment that will be billed months after your test that wasn’t even details on papers you sign. I was sooo nervous to get a sleep study done especially after reading some bad reviews but upon arriving at this facility I met technician Darlene & she was AMAZING. She was so sweet & professional. She explained the process & was very helpful. Throughout the night she made sure I was comfortable & she reminded me of a loving and caring mother. From start to finish my experience here was lovely & I hope Darlene gets a raise because she is a great person (:
Avoid!! If you read BBB complaints, you'll understand your experience with this business. They're an absolute fraud of a company. They won't explain the bills and they've sent me $3K in bills without any explanation.
I have been trying to get a sleep study since December to no avail. My surgery was cancelled today due to not getting medical clearance from physician. I too have also called with no reply even though automated says within 24 hours. Have been diagnosed with severe obstruction sleep apena on a home test done over a month ago. Also when they did call was asking about insurance number which was not correct, had to ask them to repeat to make sure it was.
