My wife and I was sent here by New Albany Urgent care. Once we arrived for the entire time they had only on person working check in. We then sat for over 5 hours. While we saw Nurse sitting at the Nurse station talking most of the time. They said they had a bunch of ambulances I never heard or saw on come in. They lost my wife’s urine and said that would help.
