Unprofessional. Tried to make an appointment for my child and to follow up with a previous session and nobody knew what was going on. I feel like at certain jobs or careers you should have some type of understanding of your job and the services that’s being provided by the company.

Unprofessional I think I'm good on this and you can't be contacting clients after hours that's unprofessional and inappropriate especially at 8 something at night and clearly they hire new people and they don't know what they are doing miss Borders being one of them

I've been a client going on 5 years. Mental illness and addiction. 4 years sober, and worked hard to rejoin the community. I love my case manager. Her support and encouragement has made all the difference for my success. I am super thankful and grateful I was referred for services with Guidestone. Hands down the smartest move I made was following up on the referral after a stay in rehab.

this place is a life saver literally... unfortunately it takes forever to get service rather u have private insurance or public just takes a really long time but patience is a virtue
