This place is a damn joke. My son and I did our intake a month and a half ago. Was told in a week or so Someone was supposed to call me schedule first appointment. no one ever called. I called several times trying to follow up so I can get back on my medication for anxiety and panic attack. Only to find out that the person who did the intake dropped. The ball. If i could give a zero, i would. Did everything to get my 4.5 year old daughter help with some issues at school. Got a call from a counselor and she worked with my child and few times and then disappeared and has never contacted me in over 6 weeks. Now my child has been removed from the school since she was completely given up on by Janeen McGuire.

Literally giving one star for the staff that was nice and I can’t leave no stars , all I want to do is curl in a ball and cry and now I’m even more scared of ever trying to get help or figure out what’s really causing my problems because pokie wants to make you feel like you don’t matter and neither does a diagnosis which I never got. Please don’t go here I can’t believe I left feeling worse when all I was, was excited to get answers.
