They're terrible. First, the psychiatrist was disrespectful and when i requested a different one, they told me they can't and I'd have to switch to a different company. They miss calls and don't send in meds they're supposed to. My son has gone without his medications and they have failed to return important calls. Terrible place.

I have tried to get into this place since January and no one seems interested enough to have new clients. When I did the intake process, the lady treated me poorly and was semi-rude to me until she asked me what my highest level of education was. After I told her it was associates in social work, she then started to treat me professionally and acted like I was her colleague. I had the intake process in late January, early February.
