Place is a joke. Psychiatrist didn't bother listening to me and gave me a medicine that interacts with my sleep aid. Everytime I call I get sent to their voicemail which NOBODY ANSWERS. Only been a patient for 3 days and I already hate this place. I will be looking for a new psychiatrist if my phone call isn't returned as this place has already proven how useless they are. 5 starsI love Mrs Kenya she is the best at my time of need she was there we need more people like her. Now that I had to get a new one poor communication I was seeing this therapist for 3 weeks then I found out she was an intern ummm no I won't be her practice case negative. They play to many games the supervisor won't reach out so let's if I have luck with the director Mrs Bisch.

My family has a history of tachycardia and my 8 year old son was prescribed Vyvanse for his behavior issues, knowing that the medication can cause heart complications. I guess it was higher priority for Dr. Geneva to go on vacation because he's been waiting almost 3 weeks for a refill authorization. I've called countless times, left numerous voicemails and even had cvs reach out and attempt to receive to refill order to no avail. My granddaughter had an intake assessment with this company. It's been over 1 month and we still have not heard back from anyone. I'm not interested in their services now.

My first encounter with this company was for my grandson at the end of the school year he was having some behavioral issues. We spoke ti1 person on 2 different occasions. Just answering questions regarding life at home and school what we would like as far as visits on the second visit which was a telemede we were told by her that she didn't have space for him but someone would be reaching out months later someone finally reached out to us.
