Terrible psychiatrist and bad therapists who could not care less. I had several appointments canceled randomly because they got caught in a crisis and could not be bothered to meet with me, despite me being in my own mental health crisis. The psychiatrist will accuse you of malingering and will write up your disability paperwork to make you appear as incompetent, requiring you to have a representative payee who manages your benefits. This place is a complete joke.
As a family we've had many councilor through this service. Having mental health issues and fighting tooth and nail to keep above water. Things got complicated having our first child. Looking for services for support in a many areas as we could through ohio guidestone. It's hard to get help through services that are set up solely to help with specific situations. ACT team doctor Hami is the worst doctor ive ever had. She is clueless with a terrible bedside manner. Mental health is suffering because of her ignorance and incompetence. Done with this place.

I have been more than patient but I am at my wits end. Eric Reed dropped the ball more than I can count, but recently he or Sebastian I think his name is forgot to submit my medicine refill after a brief 8 minute phone call appointment. I have been without meds for over 3 weeks now. He is the most unreachable “doctor” I have ever dealt with and his staff does the absolute bare minimum. They claimed to have sent him a message so he can see it once back in the office, and here I am waiting another week? How did he miss this ur... read more
