A lady from here called me to do a phone assessment for disability and it took over an hour to do. My boyfriend helped with answering the questions. I waited about a week to hear from them and they never called me so when I called them, the lady on the phone said they don't even do disability there. She said it's counseling and therapy only. So why did I have over an hour long phone assessment from these guys? Was it a scam to get my personal information??? This place is a joke.

Your receptionist is worthless and rude I hate having to call you guys. The one lady filled out a form for me for my meds when I run out the other lady says they don't do it and made me go without my bipolar and anxiety meds for 2 weeks
