We purchased two white oak slabs from the Ohio Wood Connection and had them flattened prior to picking them up. I cut them down to size and finished them to be used as cabinet toppers in our living room. Scott and Marcus were very helpful in helping us select the right pair of slabs and the right species of wood to fit the aesthetic we were going for, and I would highly recommend them for any of your future home renovations or projects!
Very helpful, knowledge, and friendly staff. I had several questions and never felt less-than for asking. They surfaced a table that we rescued and rehabbed. Overall highly satisfied with their service and their expertise.

I rarely leave reviews, so this speaks to how special Marcus and his team at Ohio Wood Connection are. They my go-to place for specialty wood slabs and kiln drying. They are reasonably priced and are always great to work with. It is so great to support a small, privately owned business instead of the larger, less personal places with lower quality products.
What a great group of guys. Their level of knowledge, professionalism and desire to help people with their projects is un-matched. They brought a whole new perspective to our project. Highly recommend
