Contacted OVHP because I was having trouble with my Phonak hearing aids. Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Zachary not only repaired my hearing aids, he took the time to clean them and correct the syncing with my cell phone. He was not only professional and capable, he was very easy to talk with and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Zach and Terri are wonderful and caring people who want to help you get the help you need for the best hearing aid! Zach even gave me a loaner hearing aid until mine came in because "no one should go without hearing".
