I installed Bruce Flooring in my home and it has a lifetime warranty. When we had major problems with the Oak Flooring's finish coming off we immediately reported it. We had a service rep come to our home and they conducted multiple "In Home" tests and took a section with them so they could test it at their location. At the conclusion of all of this THEY CONFIRMED that the flooring stain was not good and they stated that it would be taken care of under warranty.
