Poor attitude over the phone, won’t take you without referral, and will yell at you on the phone for you asking them to call you back one it’s received. I work with patients myself and would never talk to my patients like this, very unprofessional.
Could not give less than one star as it makes me give at least that. Steer clear of the Triadelphia location. Can’t speak for all their other locations but the Triadelphia location loses records or has no clue what happens to forms filled out at the time of the appointment. They will make you drive back to their location to complete a form again or drive to their Wheeling office to deal with it. Great staff and always on time for your appointment
First, I'd like to say that the staff was very friendly, and I was taken back to the room in a very timely manner. Katie was thorough in her exam, and very gentle when doing my biopsies. Everything was explained clearly by both the medical assistant and Katie. I highly recommend, and I will be returning.
