On Thursday, 5/29/2025, I was called by this bank and the first words out of the lady’s mouth was “you lapsed on your insurance.” This bank badgers me every 6 months about wanting proof of insurance. I said they have both policy numbers and can call and verify it rather than call and accuse me. Talked to a manager on 6/1/2025 and she said that’s not their job.
