I’ve been a customer of Ohio Valley Bank for 14 years, and my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My account went negative, and while I understand their policy about accounts being charged off after 30 days, I called to take responsibility and set up payment arrangements. Instead of being treated with respect, I was met with rudeness, dismissive behavior, and was even hung up on. When I tried to escalate the issue, I received the same unprofessional attitude.
