Do yourself a favor and find another option. This bank is stuck in the last decade. The app sucks. Furthermore, they will take every chance they get to squeeze every dime out of you that they can.
We called ahead to get info on latest cd rates but certainly wasn't given a list of things I needed to bring. Super frustrating to open a new account as they wouldn't take my local school PHOTO ID that showed our address matching our checkbook from a local bank. I could go home and dig out bills and go back next week but at this point in my life I've decided that companies that make my life easier and less complicated is where I want to spend and park my money.
