Strap in because this is a long one. The staff at the parking services at their office on factory street are generally pretty helpful and do give off the essence that that do actually care and want to help. They will also required to waive your first ticket given to you on campus. But I have NO IDEA who is training their officers. They apparently have no SOP’s whatsoever and there is zero consistently when it comes to what they actually enforce. All they want to do is take your money, if you have a car might as well not bring it to OU because i guarantee you you will be ticked an ABSOLUTE INSANE amount of times. Beware
