Being OU graduate, I have a few auto loans with them. Moving out of state later I've kept OUCU and never had problem. Always able to things either online or over the phone. I started the process of buying a new/used car and wanted to stick with OUCU. Kayla and all the team were big helps and absolutely kind. Buying from out of state is tricky and had a few road blocks but was still able to get it done. I appreciate Kayla helpfulness. Buying a car is never fun but OUCU people were great.

I was born and raised in Athens and have been banking with them since I can remember. Even after moving away, I kept my account and only got loans through OUCU in order to continue to support my hone community in some small way. For my recent personal loan, OUCU messed up. They closed my 2 long term credit cards by accident. The folks I worked directly with were kind and apologetic.
