Total scumbags. Sold me a lot of equipment at auction and set appointment via email for me to pick it up on Monday at 11:00am. I drove 200 miles in a rented van to find a locked building, no employees and a phone that never gets answered. I waited at their parking lot for an hour and fifteen minutes before driving back empty-handed. They called me when I was halfway back to Pittsburgh, not to offer to make things right by shipping it to me, but to give lame excuses for their complete failure to do good business.
