Updating this review (2025, August): Excellent experience with Mallory doing my initial exam and Dr. Pawlikowski coming in to check. Loved the education-training aspect of the checkup, with the supervising optometrist providing tips to the student after she approved my new prescription. Online clinic hours are listed until 6pm some days but no appointments are accepted any later than 4:10pm. There is no communication of this online and it even allows you to set preferred availability to be later than this time on the appointment request. The scheduling team also takes long to get back to you.
I had an amazing experience at the OSU Eye Clinic! After my regular eye appointment, I was referred to the Binocular Vision (BV) clinic, where I saw Sandy. She was incredibly thorough and determined that contacts would be the best option for me based on my vision needs. I returned for a contact lens fitting and saw Sandy again. She was so patient and supportive while helping me learn how to put the contacts in — I really appreciated her kindness and expertise.
