Didn’t appreciate the employee in vision care named Shawn cursing, yelling and complaining about employees and women’s problems, etc… very unprofessional.

Terrible. You'll be better off finding anywhere else in Columbus to help you. I've been wearing glasses since 4th grade and I received the worst pair I've ever had last week. When I called back about having them checked, I was told to keep wearing them longer during the adjustment period. This resulted in eye strain to the point where my left eyelid became swollen, red, extremely painful to the touch (even to blink) and I would wake up with yellow discharges. Updating this review (2025, August): Excellent experience with Mallory doing my initial exam and Dr. Pawlikowski coming in to check. Loved the education-training aspect of the checkup, with the supervising optometrist providing tips to the student after she approved my new prescription. Online clinic hours are listed until 6pm some days but no appointments are accepted any later than 4:10pm. There is no communication of this online and it even allows you to set preferred availability to be later than this time on the appointment request. The scheduling team also takes long to get back to you.
