Wow! I just called the non emergency # to ask for assistance with one of my technicians that i have roadside trying to do multiple tire repairs and in an unsafe spot, in an effort to get the semi truck/trailer off the road. The woman who answered was rude and only interested in her own agenda and NOT the safety of my technician!! She ended up saying thanks I’ll send someone out and hung up on me....what in the?!?
