I was racially profiled and given incorrect information at the Wickliffe branch on Euclid Ave, despite providing a complete account number and a current state issued ID. I've held multiple accounts with this bank for decades; I've interacted with CSR's at many different locations outside of the "home branch" (where I opened the original checking account).
