I've been banking with flagstar now for the last year and a half. I've really come to appreciate the great customer service I get each time I go into the brookpark branch. Jenna has really been great with all the help with CDs and account situations I've had. Sierra is a great teller and always willing to help with any problems I have with my banking. I really appreciate the top notch customer service I receive each time I go in here.
Jenna was great. She helped me get all my estate papers signed and ready to go!
