I have had nothing but great experiences at Flagstar in WILLOWICK. Specifically with Antoinette Dixon. She has assisted me several different times with my mother’s accounts. She took her time to explain them. And is quite knowledgeable and very personable. I would recommend this bank and especially ask for her when you go in !!!.
