Dawn Jones is an incredible banker, who always goes above and beyond for her customers. Coming in to this branch is like walking into a building of friends. They are helpful and kind! But Dawn really is the best part of Flagstar.
Absolutely phenomenal atmosphere. The workers are so friendly, I feel like the most important person every time I walk in. My time is valuable to them and they always make sure to get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as they can.
