I have been Banking with Flagstar for many years. I cannot even begin to tell you how helpful Denise the manager is and also Dawn who works in the same branch. if I ever have a question or concern, they help me immediately. They are so professional sometimes I feel like I am the only banking customer they have. That’s how well I am treated !
The Customer Service at this branch is Amazing. Every employee seems to go above and beyond to make the customers happy the branch manager Denise has been there for quite some time, she’s so knowledgeable and patient with my elderly mother. I appreciate so much having a bank that I can rely on for all of my needs.
Just stopped at the drive thru. Easy access off the main road. Made a quick deposit and pulled out no problem.
