This is my Dads bank. I had to take over the responsibility of paying my parents bills after Mom died. I went into the bank Several times trying to set things up to be able to use his money to Help pay his own bills. I mean dozens of bank visits. I had general & health Power of Attorney for my Dad due to his Alzheimer’s. I was told by bank tellers & managers the info that would supposedly be needed when I called to get approval to access his account. It never matched up. I've had my account for over 2 years now and I do my business at the Wickliffe branch. The bank manager Brian as well as Amber and the rest of the staff I've interacted with have always been more than efficient and handled my business quickly and without error. Their personable and friendly attitude they always have towards myself and everyone I've witnessed them interact with is what solidifies my choice to continue banking there and recommending them to others.
I visit this branch weekly for many years. The people are very helpful, friendly and professional. Very happy to do my banking there.
If you want a huge hassle and tellers that won't provide you service, this is the bank for you!
