After your upgrade I have not been able to log into the app or online. I have called customer service where I am continually disconnected after waiting on hold 20+minutes each time.... no help the branch relayed there is nothing they can do, I was told to wait at least 1week or before calling and I "MIGHT" be able to talk to someone that there are many people whom cannot access their account and I should be just be more patient after-all. This bank is so terrible, the customer service is great and I love the people. The banking system itself is absolutely terrible. They take almost a full week to clear a check, they charge a fee for everything. The hours are so inconvenient its ridiculous. dont waste your time.
