Absolutely incompetent. I wanted them to move a desk - the desk was big and heavy, so I told them to call me if there were any issues. I was out of the house at the time of the move. They saw the desk wouldn't fit through the staircase. So they try (and fail) to force it through, break a hole in my ceiling and scrape my walls. Desk is in pieces. No communication until after the fact. Then they charge me $225 for it.

Unfortunately this review isn’t pleasant and I’m LIVID! I don’t know who was paid for these good reviews but the way the owner is a crook is beyond me. This company over charged and some of our decor were broken and MISSING!!! Like why is our big wall art pieces missing as if we wouldn’t notice and where is our cleaning equipment? I understand not taking liquids due to spills but our carpet cleaner, mop and broom? Our cleaning equipment weren’t cheap. Not to mention they just threw our stuff in boxes with little to no care.... read more

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. We were told that all of our furniture would be wrapped for protection. That didn’t happen and every single piece of furniture we had moved was damaged. One of the moving guys dragged our mattress across the floor of the common area in our new apartment building. We called and reported our experience. They asked for pictures so we submitted 14 photos of the damage to all our furniture. Almost a month and many phone calls later we still have gotten no resolution from the moving comp... read more

Ohio Packers and Movers did a wonderful job! The guys were quick and efficient and got the job done! They were very thorough and placed everything exactly how I wanted it. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I had booked some movers through U-Haul who bailed on us last minute. I contacted Ohio Packers & Movers in hopes that they’d be able to help us without much notice and they were able to send out two guys within the hour who were very helpful and very efficient!
