Working with Ohio Notary Services has been an absolute pleasure. Allen and the team are not only professional and responsive, but genuinely invested in the work they do and the people they serve. It’s clear that they care deeply about the notaries who rely on them—from their thoughtful customer service to the continual effort they put into improving their training courses and educational resources.
The courses were sufficient in teaching me what I needed to know to become a notary. The RON training as others have mentioned does go over a software you need to become a RON, however there are not many softwares out there and you have to tell the state which software you choose! So I didn’t find it strange for them to go over it. Overall I am happy with ONS!
