This is by far the most unorganized company that I have ever seen. The staff is only nice when they're trying to persuade you to keep a child. Once you raise a concern they're very nonchalant and dismiss your concerns. I currently have a child in my home that was highly talked about. His chart did not tell any of the things that he really was doing. Mentor Network "merged" with Premier Supports in 2021. A failed agency that came to NJ in 2019. Susan McCarthy is the Executive Director. She is unprofessional with very poor judgement. Joe Medlar is the Executive Director and Carrie Congers is the Assistant Executive Director. They are clueless in running a human services agency and are currently being investigated. I cannot even rate Neuro Restorative with one star, but that is not an option. They billed insurance until the very last day, doing as little as possible along the way. They constantly put my husband to bed and couldn't be bothered with his therapy. They require 4 hours notice before visiting, probably because they don't do anything. On Friday afternoon at 1:00 PM, they met with the patient and discussed discharge instructions, never calling the home about arrangements.
